A brand-new competition category
This year introduces a completely new individual category: HR Impact Leader of the Year. The category is designed to recognize individuals who have made a clear and measurable impact in HR or recruitment. It focuses on leaders who have improved hiring processes, strengthened HR strategy, driven changes in company culture or enabled team growth and scaling. What matters most is tangible impact, reflected in data, processes or people’s behavior. You can nominate a colleague or yourself.

Companies and individuals from the Czech Republic and Slovakia can apply for the 11th edition until March 12, 2026. Applications are submitted via a simple online form, and each entry includes one free ticket to the award ceremony.

Who decides the winners?
Winners are selected by a jury made up of experts in HR marketing and employer branding. The jury also includes representatives of last year’s winners, helping ensure objectivity while bringing fresh, hands-on perspectives from real practice.

Recruitment Academy Awards are about more than competition. The gala evening is also open to those who don’t compete in the awards but want to get inspired, celebrate the success of others, or simply enjoy an evening in great company with fellow professionals.
