The NCCC is aiming to support internships of Dutch students at NCCC member organizations. We do this, because we believe that international internships will equally benefit students and members. 
Listed below is an exclusive Valuation & Business Modelling internship that has been mediated for Dutch students who are in their last year of study acquiring a Master´s degree.

Internship (3 to 4 months) in EY Prague, Czech Republic – Valuation & Business Modelling team


EY is one of the largest professional services firms in the world and one of the "Big Four" firms. 

Our Valuation & Business Modelling (V&BM) team is part of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) which advises its clients on any aspect of a transaction, e.g. M&A, due diligence, valuation, raising capital, restructuring, project finance.

V&BM focuses on providing valuations of a broad variety of asset classes – business, properties, financial instruments, etc., for a number of reasons – transaction, regulation, merger, spin-off, squeeze-out, litigation, and accounting.  We also assist our clients with business and transaction strategies and provide expert support in internal reorganization processes and major legal disputes in the Czech Republic and abroad.

What you will do:

►   You will work on a diverse range of projects that will be available at the time of your internship. You may be responsible for tasks such as industry research, preparation of presentations and proposals, analysing financial plans, assisting with the building of valuation models, writing reports and presentations, and general project team support.


We require:

►   Student in their last year at university or Hogeschool (preferably working towards a Master´s, but possibly also Bachelor´s title) or a fresh graduate (with focus on finance and valuations)

►   Strong numeracy and analytical skills

►   Methodical approach and attention to detail

►   Good communication skills

►   Very good spoken and written English

►   Team player with an open personality and ability to build effective relationships

►   Strong willingness to learn

►   IT skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)

►   EU passport

Duration of internship:
