(hereinafter the “Chamber”) and is subject to a processing by the Chamber as the controller.
Your data shall be used for purposes of your participation on events organised or co-organised by the Chamber and, further for purposes of marketing and promotion of events organised or co-organised by the Chamber or any of its members. The legal basis for the processing of the data for the purpose of marketing and promotion of events is your consent given in the application form of a particular event organised by the Chamber.
The provision of personal data for the purpose of your participation on events organised or co-organised by the Chamber is a contractual requirement. The provision of data for such purpose is necessary to enter into an agreement on participation on an event and you as the data subject are obliged to provide the data. If you do not provide the data, the Chamber cannot fulfil the obligations from the above agreement.
According to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 you have the right of access, rectification, erasure (right to be forgotten) and transfer (portability) data concerning you. In addition, you can request a restriction or object the processing of your data. If you grant consent with processing of your personal data to the Chamber for the purpose of marketing and promotion of events, you have the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
