PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit appointed two new partners, automotive and gas industry experts

Václav Prýmek and Jiří Zouhar have been appointed as new partners in PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit (PwC). Václav Prýmek is responsible for the provision of audit services and strategic accounting consultancy services to clients doing business in the areas of the gas industry and technology. Jiří Zouhar, as a leader of PricewaterhouseCoopers Automotive expert group in the Czech Republic, is responsible for automotive industry clients. The appointment of both these experts demonstrates the potential seen by PwC in these industries.

Václav Prýmek has long-standing experience with the provision of audit services to international and Czech companies in the gas, water supply, telecommunications and services sectors, and with the preparation of financial reports according to international and US accounting standards (US GAAP and IAS). Václav is a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, and is a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain (ACCA).

Jiří has long-standing and international experience with the provision of audit and consultancy services gained in European countries and the USA He is also responsible for providing advice in the area of US accounting standards (US GAAP) to companies active in Central and Eastern Europe. He is a graduate of the University of Economics, Prague, and a member of the Chamber of Auditors of the Czech Republic and the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in Great Britain (FCCA) and US (CPA).
