Petr Draxler joined PricewaterhouseCoopers Human Resource Management Team as new Senior Manager

The current challenging economic environment has increased the effectiveness requirements of human resource management. PricewaterhouseCoopers has reflected the increasing market demand for effective Human Resources Management services and has reinforced its Human Resource Management team (HRM). Petr Draxler (39) has been appointed as a Senior Manager in HRM at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Petr will work closely with Branislav Hunčík, an HRM Director, to further develop PricewaterhouseCoopers’ service offerings in HRM.

Prior to joining PricewaterhouseCoopers, Petr Draxler worked in various leading HR positions for IBM Česká republika for seven years. His last position being that of Recruitment Leader for Central Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEEMEA), where he led a team of recruitment professionals across 25 countries of the CEEMEA region.

“My objective is to help our clients to find effective solutions for optimization of their HR processes thus helping them to achieve desired business success through their own employees.  I’m convinced that the HRM know-how of PricewaterhouseCoopers together with my proven experience in various HR leadership roles is the great prerequisite for our clients to accomplish above stated objectives.” said Petr Draxler.

Within his 15 years as an HR professional, he has held various HR generalist roles developing particular HR skills in the area of Recruitment, Mergers and Acquisitions,and leadership credentials at both the country and regional level  Prior to IBM, he worked for such flagship organisations as Motorola and DHL.
