Martin Fučík new partner of Havel & Holásek

Havel & Holásek, the largest law firm operating in the Czech Republic, appointed a new partner, Martin Fučík, who deals primarily with real estate law. Currently, the team of Havel & Holásek is comprised of 14 partners, nearly 100 lawyers, and over 250 employees in four branch offices in Prague, Ostrava, Brno, and Bratislava, the Slovak Republic.

Martin Fučík (35) joined the law firm of Havel & Holásek in 2002. He specialises in advising Czech and foreign clients on their investments in the Czech Republic, including company incorporations, real estate acquisition and leases, and employee recruitment, mainly in the areas of real estate, commercial and corporate law, and labour law.

Martin Fučík graduated from the Charles University Faculty of Law in Prague in 2001. Prior to joining Havel & Holásek, he worked at the Prague office of a British law firm. He is an attorney-at-law and a member of the Czech Bar Association.

His hobbies include travel, photography and skiing.
