The Data Analytics team is part of Transaction Advisory Services (TAS). Our projects typically involve constructing decision support models based on machine learning and other methods, using data wrangling tools, visualisation tools, programming, predictive modelling and statistical tools, to derive insight and help support commercial decisions through prediction simulations and optimisation.
What you will do:
► You will work on a diverse range of projects that will be available at the time of your internship. You may be responsible for tasks such as data collection, visualising and analysing data to extract insights, and building models and databases to perform analysis on large diverse datasets.
► Student in their last year at university or Hogeschool (preferably working towards a Master´s, but possibly also Bachelor´s title) or a fresh graduate (with focus on mathematics, statistics, computer science, operational research, econometrics or other numerate disciplines)
► Logical and analytical thinking.
► Experience in Python, R, SQL Server and MS Excel
► Knowledge of quantitative methods (regression techniques, time series, clustering, survival analysis, data mining)
► Visually creative, with a good understanding of UX aesthetics
► Good communication skills
► Very good spoken and written English
► Team player with an open personality and ability to build effective relationships
► Strong willingness to learn

Duration of internship:
► 3 to 4 months at any time of year, based on agreement and our project pipeline
