Vlastimil Halla, Director, will focus on developing the advisory services in respect of public administration and will lead the team which provides these services. He will be responsible for defining and implementing its business strategy, and also participating in discussions on topics affecting society as a whole. He will seek new business opportunities in public administration both at the central and regional level.
Vlastimil completed MBA studies at the Brno International Business School under Nottingham Trent University in 2007. He joined KPMG Czech Republic in 2012. Before that he worked at IBM in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Šárka Horňáková, Manager, will be responsible for extending advisory services in the area of human resources management and development. She will focus on personnel audits, optimisation of personnel processes, performance management systems, creation of a strategic development system and education of employees.
Šárka graduated from Palacký University Olomouc in 1998 and from Jan Amos Komenský University Prague in 2010, specialising in adult education and HR management. She has been with KPMG Czech Republic since the end of 2011. Before that, she worked at Hypo stavební spořitelna and later at PSJ.
Zuzana Kepková, Director, will be responsible for strengthening and developing advisory services relating to insurance. In her new position she is planning to utilise her long-term experience acquired in major insurance companies (Allianz, ING and Kooperativa).
Zuzana graduated from the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics at Charles University. She joined KPMG Czech Republic in 2011, coming from the insurance company Allianz. She is a founding member of the Czech Society of Actuaries, and serves on its committee. She was a member of the board of directors of the Czech Insurers’ Bureau.
Jana Kolářová, Manager, will strengthen the team of advisors focused on marketing, offering services such as CRM, customer value management and customer retention, customer experience management, optimisation of sales and marketing processes, and campaign management, primarily relating to telecommunications and banking.
Jana graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering of the Czech Technical University in Prague in 1987. After that she worked at Telefónica O2 and at Adastra Business Consulting. She joined KPMG Czech Republic in December 2011.
