CTPark TURDA

CTP to construct custom-built facility at CTPark Turda

CTP is proud to announce an agreement with long-term partner Fränkische to develop a custom-built solution for the German company at CTPark Turda in Romania. CTP previously constructed a production facility in the Czech Republic, which was later extended. At CTPark Turda, CTP will construct an approx. 3,400 m2 facility for Fränkische which is planned for completion next year. Total investment will exceed EUR 2 million.

CTPark Turda is part of the award winning CTPark Network, central Europe's largest system of full service business parks. Turda is located in the centre of Romania, with close proximity to Cluj with direct motorway access to the A3 & A10 motorways, strategically linking the park to all major Romanian cities, the Hungarian border and the international motorway network.

CTPark Turda offers 300,000 m2 of prepared land for future tenants involved in manufacturing, distribution or logistics services.

Fränkische is an international, growth-oriented family business, with more than 100 years of experience developing, producing and selling pipes, shafts and system components made of plastic and metal. With their wide range of products, they provide ideal solutions for structural and civil engineering, as well for automotive and industrial applications.

Since 1906, the company's expertise, know-how, and consulting skills coupled with consistently high product quality have made Fränkische the market leader in many fields. The company has evolved into an international group of companies with sales and production facilities in 14 countries worldwide employing more than 2,500 people.
