Last night, Thursday November 27th, at the 14th annual CIJ Awards Czech Republic, CTP took home three 1st place awards. CTP won in the following three categories:
Lease of the Year, for the 47,000 m2 lease of the same building to leading electron microscope manufacturer FEI, and
Industrial Leadership Award to Remon Vos, CTP CEO, marking this the 4th time he has been recognised for his leadership by his peers.
The awards are decided upon by a select group of real estate leaders in conjunction with a jury comprised of professionals from CIJ Czech Republic.
The Brno branch of FEI, a world leader in the design and manufacture of electron microscopes, operates an R&D and assembly facility in the newly built, landscaped campus-like premises in CTPark Brno. The company currently employs 500 staff and plans to grow up to 1,200 employees. CTP designed and built the Technology Centre in close cooperation with FEI to ensure a high energy efficiency rating and an enjoyable workplace. The development was recently awarded 1st place in the annual 'Best of Realty' competition in October.
“CTP is honoured to receive these awards as recognition by the local real estate community of the quality of our work and our long term commitment to the development of the country. We're happy for the success of the FEI development which was due to the excellent cooperation with FEI, the commitment and dedication of the CTP team, and the reliable support of our financial partner,” stated Remon Vos, CTP CEO.
CTPark Brno was launched in 2005 and has continually expanded, currently housing 20 companies who employ over 7,000 people. CTPark Brno is part of the CTPark Network, central Europe's largest integrated system of high-tech industrial business parks, with nearly 40 strategic locations and over 2 million m2 of leasable space throughout CEE.
