CTP is proud to announce winning 1st place in the industrial category at the 16th annual Best of Realty awards for the recently completed FEI Technology Centre at CTPark Brno. The jury, which consisted of representatives of the Association for Real Estate Market Development, market research agencies, developers, real estate brokers, bankers and architects awarded the prize due to the high quality standards, building design, as well for its meaningful complement to the overall concept in the award winning CTPark Brno.

The Brno branch of FEI, a world leader in the design and manufacture of electron microscopes, operates an R&D and assembly facility in the newly built, landscaped campus-like premises. The company currently employs 500 staff and plans to grow up to 1,200 employees.

“CTP is honoured to receive this award and believe it strengthens the reputation of Brno as a major technology centre in the Czech Republic. The success of the project is due to the excellent cooperation with FEI, the commitment and dedication of the CTP team, and the reliable support of our financial partner, ÈSOB,” stated Remon Vos, CTP CEO.

CTPark Brno was launched in 2005 and has continually expanded, currently housing 20 companies who employ over 7,000 people. CTPark Brno is part of the CTPark Network, central Europe's largest integrated system of high-tech industrial business parks, with nearly 40 strategic locations and over 2 million m2 of leasable space throughout CEE.
